Purchase Info:
You can purchase a Travel Universe gift voucher just like any other product on our website.
Before you add the voucher to your cart, you have the option to specify a recipient email address.
If a recipient email is supplied, a copy of the gift voucher will be
immediately sent to the recipient upon payment. (You'll also get a copy
for your records)
If you pay via Credit Card or PayPal, your voucher/s will be delivered within minutes!
When a gift voucher is successfully redeemed, any remaining dollar
amount of the voucher will be automatically credited onto the
recipient's Travel Universe account for use on their next purchase.
There are no delivery charges to purchase & send an email gift voucher.
Redemption Info:
If you've been lucky enough to receive a Travel Universe gift voucher, congratulations!
Once you've added the products you want to your bag/cart, select the 'checkout' button.
On the checkout page simply enter your voucher code in 'payment method' section of the
checkout page & select the '+' button. The value of the voucher will then be deducted from your
order.
If you have more than 1 voucher, you can add multiple vouchers to pay for your order.
If your order value is higher than the value of your voucher/s, you can
pay the balance by another payment method. (Credit card or EFT)
If your order is to a value less that your gift voucher value the
balance will remain on your account for redemption up until the voucher expiry date.
Terms and Conditions:

- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
