Multi-Parcel Tracking Instructions:


When you order more than 1 item, your single order tracking number may contain more than 1 parcel.

All parcels are lodged at the same time, but they can become separated during transit and delivered at different times.

On the Australia Post tracking page, you must use the drop-down box to view the status of multiple parcels as illustrated below.

A. Indicates this is parcel 1 of 2 on this tracking number

B. Parcel 1 is "Delivered" status

C. Select the drop-down to reveal parcel 2 of 2 ...and expand the tracking detail section.

Parcel 2 of 2 shows "We've got it" status. This indicates that Australia Post has parcel.

The tracking details show it is "Delayed - waiting to be Processed"

This status can occur during busy peak periods and the parcel should get moving shortly once Aust Post clears their back-log
