The present warranty is effective for products purchased on or after the 1st January 2013. Pacsafe products are guaranteed 5 years from the date of purchase exclusively against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material under the conditions herein set forth. This Warranty is only applicable to products that were purchased from an authorized Pacsafe dealer and for which the original customer’s proof of purchase is provided. If Pacsafe, at its own discretion, acknowledges that the product has manufacturing defects, Pacsafe will either repair or replace the defective parts or the product itself.

Pacsafe shall not be responsible for and the present Warranty shall not cover, namely: property, possession or any and all contents that are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or otherwise whilst using this product; damage that results from abuse of the product or natural wear and tear; damage done by a transporter (in that event, please contact your transporter); any and all other damages including but not limited to cosmetic damages, incidental or consequential damages.
