Gifts - free gift message:
You can include a free gift message on the packing slip that is shipped with your order.
Simply select the 'gift message' check box on the checkout/payment page and type your message of up to 300 characters.
Note, when a gift message is provided, we automatically remove all pricing from the tax receipt that ships with the goods. (You will still receive your normal tax receipt via email)

Travel Universe gift vouchers are the perfect travel gift or incentive, with over 2,800 travel products to choose from!
There's are a range of denominations available, from $10 right up to $1000 (
view all).

For bulk corporate or promotional voucher sales (greater than $1000) please contact our
sales team for assistance.
Purchasing Help:
You can purchase a
Travel Universe gift voucher just like any other product on our website.
All gift vouchers are sent via
email not via post.
Before you add the voucher to your cart, you have the option to specify a recipient email address.
If a recipient email is supplied, a copy of the gift voucher will be
immediately sent to the recipient upon payment. (As the purchaser, you'll also get a copy
for your records)
If you pay via Credit Card or PayPal, your voucher/s will be delivered within minutes!
When a gift voucher is successfully redeemed, any remaining dollar
amount of the voucher will be automatically credited onto the
recipient's Travel Universe account for use on their next purchase.
There are no delivery charges to purchase & send an email gift voucher.
Redemption Help:
If you've been lucky enough to receive a Travel Universe gift voucher, congratulations!
Browse our products, and once you've added the products you want to your bag/cart, select the 'checkout' button.
On the checkout page simply enter your voucher code under the 'payment method' section of the
checkout page & select the yellow '+' button. The value of the voucher will then be deducted from your
order.
Each voucher is in the following format, containing letters and numbers:
TUGC-XXX-XX-XXXXX (Note the hyphens '-' are required)
If you have more than 1 voucher, you can add multiple vouchers to pay for your order.
If your order value is higher than the value of your voucher/s, you can
pay the balance by another payment method (Credit card or EFT). When you
place your order, you will receive your order confirmation email,
re-confirming the payment methods used - for example:
Payment Status: Payment information received.
Payment Method: Credit Card ($20), Gift Certificate ($100)
If your order is to a value less that your gift voucher value the
balance will remain on your account for redemption up until the voucher expiry date.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
(unless otherwise specified)
- Gift Vouchers are only redeemable online at www.traveluniverse.com.au
- Gift
Vouchers may not be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Vouchers
(you
can't purchase a Gift Voucher with another Gift Voucher)
