TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry is open to all Australian residents. No purchase is required to enter. 

2. The competition commences at 00.01 AEST on 19/04/2019 and entries close at 23.59 AEST on 13/05/2019. 

3. To enter, participants must submit an online entry form on the Travel Universe website with all mandatory fields marked with a * completed. Only one (1) entry per individual will be accepted. 

4. The prize is one (1) Skip Hop® Chelsea Downtown Chic Nappy Backpack in Black valued at $169.95. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the unlikely event that the Skip Hop® Chelsea Downtown Chic Nappy Backpack in Black is not available, a similar prize of equal or greater value may be provided. 

5. A panel of 3 judges will select the winning submission 

6. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on their entry form on 20/05/2019 to arrange delivery of the prize which will be delivered by post. An announcement will also be posted on the competition entry page on the Travel Universe website on the same date. 

7. If the winner cannot be reached within one week and a minimum of 3 contact attempts, another winner may be chosen at Travel Universe's discretion. 

8. Entrants warrant that they have all necessary rights to provide the intellectual property to Travel Universe and consent to any act or omission which would otherwise constitute an infringement of their intellectual property.

9. Entrants agree to Travel Universe sharing tip(s) submitted for promotional purposes on their website, in promotional emails or on social media with their first names only. Other personal details will not be shared or used for any other purpose aside from entry to the competition. 

10. Travel Universe reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions. 

11. By submitting the entry form above, entrants warrant that they meet all entry requirements and accept these terms and conditions.
